WageR History and Biographies.

Wayne            Alan            Daz            Nic            Brett

Brett Jordan - Drums.

Brett started playing drums when he was six years old and even at that early age started playing in many school bands up until he was thirteen years old. Brett then decided to try his hand at a "real" instrument as he got fed up of all the drummer jokes flying round at the time (his personal favourite: "How do you tell when a drummer is at your front door? The knocking gets faster...") On the guitar Brett enjoyed playing mainly "Jimi Hendrix" covers but after a couple of years he realised the drums were always his passion and returned to them, deciding to try and make a go of it.

Over the following years Brett joined a multitude of various bands "New England, Cloven Hoof, Diamond Head" and many more. It wasn't till sometime later that Brett headed down the session route which turned out to be some of his best years and was fortunate enough to play for Black Sabbath, Paige & Plant, UB40, Richard Marx plus many other well known established artists.

In 1992 Brett signed to Creation Records with his own band "Spoonbadge" and toured all over the UK, Europe and beyond. Unfortunately after a few years "Spoonbadge" went their separate ways. Brett then turned to playing in local bands and decided to take up teaching drums.

2009, like a bolt out of the blue got an email from Alan to see if he would like to come and audition with WageR, the guys hit it off straight away and as they say "The rest is history"...
