This is the Wager intro music, and I love the full 4-1/2 minutes of the first movement - the Wager version is a little shorter thanks to Mr Bell's wizardry.
As I type I am listening to this and I never get bored of hearing it.
It really stirs me before a gig - I just love its power, sweetness of melody, counterpoint, bass lines - its just the best piece of Baroque Rock & Roll ever.
Do you realise?........this world is totally FUGAZI.
Yeah i also love this piece and i must confess that it sets the scene great. Although whilst on the subject of Mr Bach i do prefer his Tocatas but eaqually he was the man who invented the Bass Line.
